These terms govern the use of the RiftCardex application and website (“the Service”), published by Kapé Apps. By using the Service, you accept these terms.
RiftCardex is a free collection-tracking app for the Riftbound card game: browse cards, mark the ones you own, track your completion, share your missing cards and duplicates. Using an account is optional (it only serves to sync your data across devices).
The Service is free, with no advertising and no in-app purchases as of this version. Any change to this model would be reflected in an update to these terms.
The Service is intended for people aged 15 and over. Below that age, using the account feature requires the consent of a holder of parental authority.
You agree not to: use the Service for a purpose other than its intended one, attempt to disrupt its operation or security, extract its data on a large scale by automated means, or use it for unlawful purposes.
RiftCardex (code, interface, design) is the property of its publisher.
The names, artwork and trademarks of Riftbound cards belong to Riot Games, Inc. RiftCardex is an independent, unofficial project:
RiftCardex isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of continuous availability, of freedom from errors, or of the accuracy of card data (which comes from third-party sources). The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher may not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service. As the Service is free of charge, the publisher assumes no obligation of result.
These terms may be modified; the date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the application.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
